How to Check Name in Voter List Using the Helpline Number?

ECI has introduced a toll-free number for assisting people with problems linked with voter ID. The helpline number is 1950. People from all over the world can call this number to find information regarding elections. The voters are connected to the representative of their state. This helpline can also be used to lodge complaints. The expenses of these calls are borne by the Chief Electoral Office of the state.

Differently-abled people can also contact the Election Commission helpline with the SMS service. They can send the symbol (*) after the voter ID number to get assistance linked with voter ID card.
