Steven Freiberg is the Vice Chair of SoFi (NASDAQ: SOFI), the largest US-based Fintech company, and the Chair of Rewards Network, a TowerBrook portfolio company. A long term veteran of the financial services sector, he has held multiple positions at Citigroup (NYSE:C) over a 30 year period including serving as the Co-Chairman and CEO of Citigroup’s Global Consumer Group, and most recently as the CEO of E*TRADE Financial Corporation (NASDAQ:ETFC) where he led the company back to profitability in the aftermath of the 2008 financial crisis. He is the founder of Grand Vista Partners, the Freiberg Family Investment Office, a Board member of MasterCard (NYSE:MA), Fair Square Financial, OANDA, Purchasing Power, and Regional Management (NYSE:RM), and a senior advisor to several companies including The Boston Consulting Group and Verisk Analytics (NASDAQ:VRSK). Freiberg holds a BS in Finance as well as an MBA in Finance from Hofstra University.

Mark Goines, former Senior VP and GM of the consumer group, in charge of all consumer business at Intuit, Inc. (including Quicken, Quicken.com, Quicken Insurance and Quicken Mortgage). A long-term veteran of the financial services sector, he has held senior management positions with Crocker National Bank and Charles Schwab & Company. He was also the head of strategy for Personal Capital, an online financial advisor and personal wealth management company. Mark currently also sits on the boards of BillFloat, Odeko, Inc, and Credit Interlink. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration from University of California, Berkeley.

Joel Epstein, formerly the chairman and CEO of AIG Consumer Finance Group (NYSE: AIG), is an independent director and senior advisor to a large number of banks and microfinance companies across Europe, Asia, and Latin America. Joel has over 35 years of banking experience including senior leadership roles at Chase Manhattan Bank (NYSE: JPM) and AIG Consumer Finance Group whose loss making business he transformed with revenues over $100 million at an ROE of 20%. Specialising in retail banking, branch banking and small business banking, Joel focuses on strategy, risk management, product management, marketing and sales, and customer segmentation.

Yu-kai Chou is an Author and International Keynote Speaker on Gamification. He is the Original Creator of the gamification framework: Octalysis, and the Founder of The Octalysis Group. He has helped a variety of companies, from seed stage startups to Fortune 500 companies such as LEGO, Accenture, eBay, Huawei, Fidelity, AIG Japan, Verizon, HP, Ericsson, Cisco, Wells Fargo, and more. Yu-kai was one of the earliest pioneers in Gamification, starting his work in the industry in 2003. In 2015, Yu-kai was rated #1 among the “Gamification Gurus Power 100” by RISE, and was also awarded “Gamification Guru of the Year Award” for both 2014 and 2015 by the World Gamification Congress based in Europe. He has been a regular speaker/lecturer on gamification worldwide, including at organizations like Google, Stanford University, LEGO, BCG, TEDx, SxSW, Gamified India, Huawei, the Innovation Center in Denmark, Kingdom of Bahrain, and many more.
