Apply through the online portal by visiting the Passport Seva website. Furnish the following documents apart from a copy of the old Passport:
The current passport in original, along with a photocopy of the passport of the spouse.
Attested copy of the Marriage Certificate or an equivalent affidavit
Evidence like a Marriage Card or joint photo as per Annexure D.
