• Replacement of Vehicle:
  In the Elite Plus plan, Audi Drive Assure delivers a unique feature, also known as ‘Vehicle Replacement.’ The interesting fact lies in this feature is that in case of an accident, if the car has been declared a ‘Total Loss’ by the insurance company, Audi Drive Assure will give you a brand new Audi as a replacement for the damaged vehicle. Audi India will pay the difference between the Insured Declared Value or IDV of the car and its ex-showroom price. This feature also covers the cost incurred towards the procurement of a new vehicle insurance policy, cost of registration (including road tax) and any other charges which may be applicable on a new Audi vehicle.
• Depreciation Shield:
  Another highlight from the Audi Drive Assure is Depreciation Shield cover. For example, if the Audi has been damaged due to an accident and the cost of repairs are more than the amount of damage claim that you are entitled to take from the insurance company. Then in such case, Audi Drive Assure ensures that the policyholder doesn’t have to bear the burden of the additional expenses.
  As per the terms stated in the ‘Depreciation Shield’ feature, the additional cost difference between the damage claim and the actual cost of repairs would be borne by the Audi Drive Assure. It also covers the cost of depreciation applicable to any of the replaced parts.
• Protection of the Car Engine:
  The ‘Engine Protector’ feature of the insurance protects the engine from any damage which is essential for the car owner to have as the engine is a significant part. This feature covers the cost which is incurred due to restoration or repair of engine damage, occurred due to: (i) leakage of lubrication oil (ii) water ingression, or (iii) any damage in the undercarriage of Audi which resulted in the leakage of the lubricating oil, which in turn damages the gearbox.
• Rim & Tire Coverage:
  Considering the overall complex mechanics which go in the manufacturing of an Audi, the tires and other parts are also required to be secured, as they are costly. Due to the terrible condition of roads in many areas of India, the tires always remain under the risk of damage or deformation which can profoundly affect the performance and the functionality of Audi. The ‘Rim and Tyre Coverage’ feature undertake such expenses that are incurred in the alloy wheels or alloy wheel rims replacement. Also, if any of the car tires are damaged due to bursting or cut through any sharp nail on the road, Audi India will bear the cost applicable to the repair of the damaged tires.
