You can reach a Customer Care executive through this number 24 hours a day on all working days for any query pertaining to credit cards. If you are traveling abroad, call +91 22 4935 0000 instead. General Helpline: The general helpline can also assist you with your Credit Card issues. Call 1800 2000 or +91 22 6121 9000 if you are in India, and +91 22 3099 3600 if you are traveling abroad. You may also send an email to [email protected] for all your banking queries.

Yes Bank ensures that the complaints of their customers are handled smoothly. If can get in touch with the bank in several ways if you have any query, complaint, or feedback related to your credit card.
Step 1:
Visit the branch- a personnel is assigned to each branch to assist customers with their problems or grievances. If such a person is unavailable, you may contact the branch manager and seek his/her help.
Customer day- Yes Bank observes "Customer Day" on the 7th of each month. On this day, you can visit the bank and share your opinions, feedback or queries about all banking services and products, including Credit Cards. You do not need any prior appointment on this day.
Digital platform- Login to your NetBanking platform, go to the section called 'My Space' and write your feedback or complaint. You may also send an email to [email protected] for a query pertaining to your Credit Card.
Social media- Yes Bank is highly active on social media platforms. You can post your queries or complaints on the bank's Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn page. This is a speedy method of grievance redressal.
