South Indian Bank (SIB) was founded in Kerala to help the merchants and traders fund their business needs. It is headquartered in Thrissur. It is the first private bank in Kerala that became a scheduled bank in the year 1946. It has nearly 900 branches in the country.

Card Helpline: For queries regarding your SIB card, you may call on 0484-2388555 or 0484 2373611 or 91-9446475458. Blocking or hotlisting a lost or stolen card can be requested for by calling on this number.

Grievance Redressal

These are the ways of registering your grievance:

1. Approach the Branch Manager of the branch where you have your account. Give a detailed report of your complaint along with all required information. The issue will most likely be resolved on the same day.
2. In case the Branch Manager is unable to resolve the issue, contact the Regional Head. You can do so online or through postal mail. You will receive a receipt within three working days, and the matter will be sorted within ten working days.
3. In case you have not received a resolution or a response within 13 working days or the solution provided is not up to mark, then escalate your concern to the Nodal Officer. The contact details are mentioned below

4. If the matter remains pending even after ten days of complaining to the Nodal Officer, you may escalate it by contacting the Executive Vice President (Administration).
5. In case your query is not attended within 30 working days, or you need further clarification, you should approach the Banking Ombudsman appointed by the Reserve Bank of India.
