These are the ways of registering your grievance:
The bank's website has a separate link for expressing grievances, queries, or complaints pertaining to credit cards.
Call IDBI Bank's 24x7 customer care number and ask the executive to register a complaint. The toll-free number is 1800 425 7600 and +91 - 22 - 4042 6013 is chargeable.
Send an email to IDBI's customer care department with a detailed description of your complaint or query. Positively mention your Complaint ID, Credit Card number and contact number in the subject line. Send the mail to [email protected]
In case you do not get any response within eight working days, or you are not satisfied with the solution provided, you can escalate the issue. Approach the Head - Credit Cards, between 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays & between 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays. Mention your Complaint ID when you approach the concerned person.

In case you have not received a resolution or a response within thirteen working days or the solution provided is not up to mark, then escalate your concern to the Chief Grievance Redressal Officer.
