You must be aware that the Supreme Court has made it compulsory for all Indians to link their phone numbers with their Aadhaar cards. This essentially is a step towards keeping a check on the mobile connections that have been taken by furnishing fake documents and eventually terminated all such connections. The mobile re-verification is a quick and free process and can be done both online and offline. Go through the following steps to get it done in a jiffy.
If you have already linked you mobile number with your Aadhaar during the enrolment process or even sometime later, you can use the OTP-based reverification method as per your convenience and get it done instantaneously.
If you hadn't registered your mobile number with your Aadhaar during the time of enrolment, then you have to physically visit the Service provider's outlet to get it done. Please remember to carry a self-attested photocopy of your Aadhaar card when you go. This process is also a simple one and doesn't take a lot of time.
Please note that you only need to submit a self-attested copy of your Aadhaar card. There is absolutely no necessity to furnish any other identity or address proof for this process.
