There are three modes of credit card statements for SBI:
E-statement: The e-statement statement is sent to your registered email ID.
Physical statement: The physical statement is sent to your registered mailing address.
Online statement: You can view and download your credit card statement online by logging into your account at www.sbicard.com.
Note: You can view or print/download your statements for the last 24 months.
Alternatively, you can also log on to Chatbot ILA and request to view or get your SBI card statement.
You can see your credit card statement online in a few easy steps, as follows:
Head over to the official SBI Card website.
Log in to your SBI Card account using your login credentials, or register yourself if you are a new user.
On the left navigation bar of your profile, you will see the 'My Account' option. Click on it.
From the drop-down menu, click on 'Card Statements.'
You can now view your credit card statement. You can also compute the total amount due and check the date on which it has to be paid.
The statements can be checked for the last 24 months.
Note: Every month, the bank sends an email statement to your registered mail ID. If you don't receive it, then register for the email statement on the net banking portal of SBI.
You can also ask for a duplicate statement if you happen to have deleted the mail.
You can instantly download your card statement for the last 24 months in PDF format from the website, totally free of cost.
Here are the steps to download:
Login to www.sbicard.com using your user ID and password.
On the drop-down menu of 'My Accounts' tab, which is at the left navigation bar of the homepage, click on 'Card Statements.'
Select a particular statement date as per your requirement.
Now click on the 'Download' link.
To download the credit card statement through Chatbot ILA, log in to Chatbot ILA and follow these steps:
Put forward the query - "How can I download my card statement?"
Select the required month from the drop-down list of archived statements and click on the 'Submit' button.
Now click on the 'Download' link to download the statement.
