• Download the form for a subsidy
• Take a print out of the form
• Fill up the necessary details
• Visit your nearest LPG Distributor
• Furnish the duly filled in application
• The application can be dropped in the office mailbox

Linking Aadhar to HP Gas through post

• Download Form 2 available on the official website of HP
• Fill in the necessary details like

  Name

  Consumer Number

  Distributor Name

  LPG ID

  Registered Mobile Number

  Address

  • After filling up the form, enclose the proof of identity and the proof of address along with form 2 and submit it to the HP office via post
