The scheme Pratyaksh Hanstantrit Labh in which the LPG subsidy amount is directly credited to the bank account is beneficial for individuals who are eligible for LPG subsidy. Beneficiaries must ensure that their Aadhar Card is linked to their bank account which can be done quickly through online or offline mode. The offline mode requires the individual to approach the bank and file the relevant forms to complete the linking process. You can do the same through online mode through internet banking.

How to Link Aadhaar Card to LPG Connection

There are multiple ways in which someone can link their Aadhar to LPG connection. The three prominent LPG distributors in the country are Bharat Gas, HP Gas and Indane Gas. Below described are the steps to link Aadhar to LPG

Linking Aadhar Card through Submitting Application to the Distributor

• Visit the official HP website
• Download the form for a subsidy
• Take a print out of the form
• Fill up the necessary details
• Visit your nearest LPG Distributor
• Furnish the duly filled in application
• The application can be dropped in the office mailbox

Linking Aadhar to HP Gas through post

Download Form 2 available on the official website of HP

Fill in the necessary details like

• Name
• Consumer Number
• Distributor Name
• LPG ID
• Registered Mobile Number
• Address

After filling up the form, enclose the proof of identity and the proof of address along with form 2 and submit it to the HP office via post

Linking Aadhar through IVRS

You can also link your Aadhar through IVRS or the Interactive Voice Response System. Every district has a separate IVRS and the customers can attain the number of a particular district from the list provided by HP. The customer care number for HP is 1800-2333-555
