IDBI Bank account holders with activated net banking services can log in to their net banking account with the user ID and password.
After logging in, click on 'Operative account statement' on the right-hand side and then choose 'Operative account statement'. Finally, click on the 'go' button to view the updated account statement.
Then, select the transaction date range, the format for your account statement, and click on the 'Statement' button.
You can either view the account statement in PDF format or download and save the file for future reference.
To generate the IDBI Bank Account statement, you have to activate mobile banking through IDBI Go Mobile+.
Open IDBI Go Mobile+ app and login to your account.
Then, click on the 'Expand more' button and select 'Account Statement'.
Your account statement will be sent to your registered email ID.
IDBI Bank Account Mini-Statement Through Mobile Banking
Open the IDBI Go Mobile+ app and login to your account.
Then, click on 'Expand more' and select 'Mini-Account Statement'.
Your screen will show the last few transactions.
If you are an account holder at IDBI Bank, you can request for account statements through SMS, upon which the bank mails the statement of account to your registered Email ID. You can send an SMS in the following format
<STM><space><CUSTOMER-ID><space><PIN><space><FROM-DATE-TO-DATE><space><ACCOUNT NUMBER>
For Mini statement send <TXN><space>< CUSTOMERID PIN> <space> <ACCOUNT NUMBER>
Apart from internet banking, you can also download the updated account statement via the mPassbook app.
Install and register on the IDBI mPassbook app and search for the 'Account Statement' option in the app.
As soon as you click, the screen will display the list and details of transactions of the last 90 days. Besides, you can view the account statement and download it as well.
