To check e-statements for your IDBI credit card, you need to link your card with the IDBI Bank net banking facility. If you are an existing customer of IDBI Bank,however, your credit card will be directly linked with your net banking account. Otherwise, you have to register for credit card net banking.
Once you have registered for net banking, follow these steps:
Click on the 'Credit Cards' tab and scroll down to drop-down options, which comprises -
Credit Card Balance
Credit Card Available Balance
Credit Card Balance Statement
Credit Card Bill Payment
Click on 'Credit Card Balance Statement,' enter the credit card details, and select the period for which the statement is required.
With this facility, the cardholder can monitor expenditures and pay the bills on time.
You could also get it done through mobile banking, as the website is optimized for mobile view. Use the same username and password that you use for internet banking. The menus and payment methodologies are the same in both of them.
IDBI Bank also sends monthly credit card statements through SMS and email with details regarding credit card balance, outstanding credit card dues, and the due date for payment. So, you can request for e-statements on your email ID through net banking.
If you prefer physical statements, then request for the same by visiting the nearest bank branch. Upon approval of the request, the bank will send the statement to your registered home address.
