To avoid problems during fund transfers, and for KYC purposes, customers of IDBI Bank should immediately update their personal information with the bank whenever there is a change in their contact details. This can be done by visiting either an IDBI Bank branch or the bank’s official website. It is also essential to communicate the right address to the bank so that the customer can receive the mailers sent by the bank.
Visit the nearby bank branch and ask for a form for updating your email ID details. Provide your account number, name, email ID, and identity proof details in the form. Sign the form and submit it. The bank will update the details by EOD.
Visit the nearest IDBI Bank ATM. Insert the debit/ATM card and select 'More Options.'
Then select the 'Update Mobile Number' option and enter your new mobile number.
The screen will display a notification about the successful registration of your new mobile number.
Gather the necessary documents(ID & Address Proof)
Write an application to the Branch Manager( with your name, account number, old address, and new address).
Fill in the concerned form.
Submit your address proof documents to the branch manager.
The bank will update your address in its records.
