• Then, you will receive a PIN on your registered mobile number. You would then have to put it on the website to further complete the registration process.
• Next, you can log in to the portal with your mobile number and required documents.
• After login, you can download your e-passbook as per your need.

In the e-passbook, you will receive information about details related to your PF account like the name of the employee, PF code, etc. Once you request for your EPF passbook, it will take more or less than three days to process.

Registered EPFO employees have several advantages after registering on the EPFO portal. Let's look at them:

• EPFO members can download or print their updated EPF passbook anytime they feel like.
• You can also download or print their UAN card.
• You can also update your Know Your Customer (KYC) details on the EPFO website.
• Lastly, check EPF balance online.

What is the Information Provided in the EPF Account Statement?

1. All your KYC details, such as name, Aadhaar number, date of birth (DOB), date of joining, etc., along with the name, and address of the establishment will be included in the statement.
   1. The unique alphanumeric code will be mentioned in the EPF statement, which includes regional office, the state, establishment ID, and the EPF code of the member.
   2. The EPF statement will also have the Universal Account Number (UAN). A single UAN is allocated to an employee regardless of their shifts.
   3. The EPF statement also includes the opening balance of the employee along with the employer's contributions to the EPF account.
   4. Monthly contributions made by both the employee and the employer are also reflected in the statement along with the dates.
   5. If you opt for Voluntary Provident Fund (VPF), then all the VPF contributions made by you will also reflect in the EPF statement separately.
   6. The EPF statement will show the interest rate and the interest calculations. The Government of India revises the EPF interest rate on a quarterly basis.
   7. If you have made any premature withdrawals from the EPF account, it will also be reflected in the statement.
   8. You will also have the closing balance of the contributions, accrued interest, and the withdrawals mentioned in the EPF statement. This balance will be carried forward as opening balance for the next financial year.

   The EPF e-Passbook facility is only available to those whose employer has uploaded the e-Challan and other relevant documents.

   1. You can use only one mobile number for one registration. You can also edit it later if you want.
   2. You can only view one EPF account under one establishment.
   3. You can also transfer old EPF account to the new one.
   4. If you have a settled or inoperative account, you won't be able to view it.
   5. You can also register by using different ID proofs and mobile numbers to check the details on different accounts.
