In a move towards the 'Green Initiative' and for achieving better customer service, Bank of Baroda has introduced 'Green PIN' as a customer-centric approach through which the cardholders can generate the debit card PIN at Bank of Baroda ATMs. It is an easy and convenient process.
Here are the steps for you to follow:
Insert your debit card in the ATM machine and select 'Set/Re- Generate PIN' option.
Now enter the other necessary details and the activation passcode/ OTP that you have received on your registered mobile number.
After validating the OTP, you will be asked to create the desired debit card PIN.
Now you can use your debit card.
Your mobile number must be registered against the concerned account number with the Bank to create a debit card PIN. Contact your Bank of Baroda branch for registering your mobile number if it is not already registered.
Even then, if you are not able to generate the ATM PIN, please contact the BOB branch or call on their helpline number 1800 102 44 55 to request for the physical PIN to be mailed to your registered address.
Generating Green PIN is not applicable for all the variants of BOB debit cards. Hence, apply for a physical PIN mailer if your card is not enabled for Green PIN.
