Bank of Baroda provides hassle-free and convenient banking services to their customers. Missed call service is one such customer-centric facility offered by the bank under its digital banking services. It is free of cost, and the balance of accounts under savings account, current account, overdraft (OD) and cash credit (CC) can be obtained through this facility.
Following is the method of Bank of Baroda balance inquiry through the toll-free number:
The customers who have registered their phone numbers with BOB can conduct a balance enquiry on their account by just giving a missed call to 8468001111.
The call will automatically disconnect after the first ring. The customer will then get an SMS showing the last four digits of the account along with the current balance available in the account.
In case of multiple accounts with the same mobile number, the system will check whether a customer has registered the preferred account number or not. In case, the customer has not provided any preferred account number, an SMS will be sent to the customer to register his preferred number to avail the account specific services.
Note: In case of change in mobile number, immediately contact the branch and register the new mobile number with the bank.
