Bank of Baroda (BOB) is considered to be India's second-largest public sector bank after SBI. BOB is a state-owned bank that offers banking and financial services across India. Mobile banking services enable customers to carry out any form of bank transaction at their fingertips. The mobile applications are tailor-made to cater to different needs of customers and are unique in their own way. To avail the service, you have to register for BOB's mobile banking facility. Let's look at the different ways through which you can activate BOB's mobile banking services.

Baroda M-Connect Plus: It is the most popular and useful BOB mobile banking app. The bank has also added a few new features along with a new user interface to this app. Now, you can access the mobile banking app in your preferred language. You can also perform various banking activities such as fund transfer, cheque book request, bill payments, etc.
BHIM Baroda Pay: This is a Unified Payments Interface (UPI) app that helps you transfer funds from any bank account through a Virtual Payment Address. Moreover, you can use this as a single platform to maintain multiple bank accounts.
Baroda mpassbook: This app is a mobile version of the normal passbook that functions just like a physical passbook. This app allows you to track and regulate your expenses for managing your monthly budget or filing income tax returns.
Baroda M-Clip: This app offers payment facilities to meet various requirements - from shopping to dining out. Besides, you can also send money person-to-person (P2P), and it also functions as an e-wallet.
The activation process is quite simple, and you can even choose a method from a number of them. You can also directly contact your BOB home branch to activate the mobile banking services by following the process mentioned below:
Download the BOB mobile banking app of your choice and enter your registered mobile number to receive the OTP.
Enter the OTP to proceed further.
Create your 4-digit login password and re-confirm it.
Finally, in the last step, you will receive your mPIN, and you can set a new mPIN to activate the mobile banking facility successfully.
As you can see, activating BOB mobile banking services is easy and requires minimum effort.
If you choose to deactivate/de-register BOB mobile banking services, follow this simple procedure:
Log in to your BOB retail internet banking account.
Click on ‘Mobile Banking Registration’ located on the right side of the page under ‘Quick links.’
You will be redirected to the Mobile Banking Registration page.
Now, select the ‘De-registration’ option located on the left side of the page.
Confirm your mobile number, and enter your user ID and password.
Click on ‘Submit.’
Your BOB mobile banking deactivation is done.
