You may not always use the same mobile number or email id, or may not live at the same place. So, when you change any of your contact details, it is necessary to change the same with your bank. Here's how you can update your contact information with YES Bank.
To change your contact details, follow the steps mentioned below:
Insert your ATM Card and select your preferred language.
Press the ‘Registration’ option on the main menu.
Enter your 4-digit PIN.
Now, select ‘Mobile Number Registration,’ and then ‘Change Mobile Number.’
Enter your mobile number.
you’ll receive an OTP and a reference number.
Now, you must send an SMS within 4 hours, from both the mobile numbers, in the format given below:
ACTIVATE<OTP><Reference number> to 567676
Note: If you have lost your old mobile number, please reach out to the bank.
Visit the nearest Yes Bank branch.
Fill in the ‘Change of Contact details Form’.
After verification, your mobile number will be linked to the branch.
After linking, you will receive an SMS on your registered mobile number that the mobile number has been updated.
Visit the nearest Yes Bank Branch.
Fill in the ‘Change of Contact details Form’.
After verification, your email ID will be linked to your bank account.
After linking, you will receive an email on your registered email id.
Visit the nearest Yes Bank Branch.
Fill in the ‘Change of Contact details Form’.
After verification, your address will be linked to your bank account.
It takes seven days to get your address updated.
NRIs can update their contact details through the following methods:
Through Email/Fax
You can send a request to update your contact information through email or fax.
Through Post
You can send a letter of request to your home branch.
