How to Generate PNB Debit Card PIN?

Punjab National bank has adapted the Green PIN system, and hence it provides different ways to generate the debit card PIN using OTP that is automatically sent to your registered mobile number at the time of issue of new cards, which is valid for 72 Hours.

Self-Generation of OTP for Setting Duplicate Debit Card PIN

• Send an SMS: DCPIN <Debit card number> to 5607040 from your registered mobile number to activate the debit card.

• After successful validation of your card, a six digits OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number.

• It is valid for 72 hours.

• You can set the debit card PIN using this OTP through any PNB ATM/IBS account as mentioned below.

How to Generate PNB ATM PIN Through PNB ATM?

• Visit any nearby PNB ATM and insert your debit card.

• Select your preferred language.

• Select the GREEN PIN option, and enter the six digits OTP delivered on the registered mobile number.

• Now, enter the four-digit debit card PIN of your choice, re-enter it and press OK.

• A confirmation message will be seen on the ATM screen that your PIN has been set.

How to Generate PNB ATM PIN Through IBS Account?

• Login Into your IBS retail account.

• Click on ‘Value Added Services,’ then ‘Card Related Services,’ and then ‘Set/Reset Debit Card PIN.’

• Select your account number for which you want to generate the PIN.

• Press on ‘Continue.’

• Enter the card number, expiry month and year, and the 6-digit OTP received on your registered mobile number.

• Now, enter the four-digit PIN of your choice, confirm it and press ‘ok.’

• You can see a confirmation message on the screen that your PIN is set.
