Change Your Address, Email ID & Mobile Number in Your PNB Account

It becomes quite difficult for you to get account-related updates on your mobile number, email ID, or to your address if you haven’t updated your contact information with your bank. You may have to change/update your contact information if you do not live at the same place anymore or if you no longer use the same mobile number or email ID. Punjab National Bank makes it quite easy for its customers to change their contact information. Here's how you can do it.

Update Your Mobile Number with PNB

To change your contact details, follow the steps mentioned below:

Update Your Mobile Number Through a Branch

• Visit the nearest Punjab National Bank branch.

• Fill in and submit a Letter of Request.

• After verification, your mobile number will be linked to your bank account.

• After linking, you will receive an SMS on your registered mobile number that the mobile number has been updated.

• Visit the nearest Punjab National Bank branch.

• Fill in the ‘PNB Mobile Number Updation Form.’

• After verification, your mobile number will be linked to your account.

• After linking, you will receive an SMS on your registered mobile number that the mobile number has been updated.

Update Your Email ID with PNB

Update Your Email ID Through Net Banking

• Log in to your PNB account using your credentials.

• Click on ‘Personal settings’ and then ‘View Personal Details.’

• Here you can see the ‘Update Email ID’ button; click on it.

• You will be redirected to the ‘Email ID’ page.

• Select the Customer ID, if you have more than one.

• Enter your email ID and click on ‘Submit.’

• You will now see the ‘Request Confirmation’ page.

• Now, verify the email ID once again and click on ‘Submit.’

• You will receive a message on the screen that the email ID has been updated, along with a reference number.

• Visit the nearest PNB branch.

• Fill in and submit a Letter of Request.

• After verification, your email ID will be linked to your bank account.

• After linking, you will receive a mail on your registered email ID.

• Visit your nearest PNB branch.

• Fill in the ‘Address Updation Form’ and submit it along with the ‘Letter of Request.’

• You must submit an address proof document to update your residential address.

• After verification, your address will be linked to your bank account.
