It is a safe and secure application powered by biometric authentication along with MPIN. Moreover, every transaction is authenticated through a transaction password.
You can easily register for PNB ONE through the application itself. Let’s look at the step-by-step to do so:
Open the app and click on 'New User'.
Next, enter your account number and select the option for registration as per your choice - Mobile banking or Both ( Internet banking & Mobile banking)
You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP to proceed further with the activation.
Next, enter your debit card number and PIN.
Then, set your login and transaction passwords.
After successful registration, you will receive a success message with the user ID for login.
Next, click on 'Sign in' at the bottom of the page and enter your User ID to set your MPIN.
Now, login again and start using PNB ONE.

Through Net Banking:
Visit www.netpnb.com.
Go to ‘Retail Internet Banking’
Log in to your internet banking account.
Click on ‘Disable Mobile Banking.’ under settings.
Through Customer Care: Call the PNB customer care number-1800 180 2222- for de-registering your mobile banking account.
