Register for PNB Mobile Banking

PNB ONE is a unified mobile banking app enriched with various features providing all banking facilities on a single platform. It is a secure application having biometric authentication along with MPIN.

Registration Process

Here are the steps to register:

• Click on ‘New user.’

• Enter your account number and select an appropriate option for registration out of either of the two: 

  • Mobile banking 

  • Both (internet banking and mobile banking)

• An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number by the bank. Enter the OTP to verify and proceed.

• Enter your linked debit card details and PIN.

• Now set the login and transaction passwords.

• After completing the registration process, you will get a success message with the user ID for login.

• Click on ‘Sign in.’

• Enter the user ID and set your MPIN.

• Log in again with these credentials.

How to Reset the Password

• To reset the password, the user can select the ‘Trouble signing in’ link given on the home page of PNB ONE. 

• Select the ‘Forgot Password’ option.

• Enter your user ID.

• Enter these details: Account number, debit card, and PIN.

• Proceed further and reset new login and transaction passwords.
