Change Your Address, Email ID & Mobile Number in Your ICICI Bank Account

You may not always live at the same place or use the same mobile number or email id. So, when you change any of your contact details, it is necessary to change the same with your bank. Here's how you can update the information with ICICI Bank.

Update Your Mobile Number with ICICI Bank

To change your contact details, follow the steps mentioned below:

Update Your Mobile Number Through ATM

• Insert your ATM Card and select your preferred language.

• Enter your 4-digit PIN.

• Now, select ‘More Options’.

• Select the ‘Register your Mobile’ option.

• Enter your 10-digit mobile number and re-enter the same.

• Your Mobile number gets updated in 2 working days.

• You will receive an SMS on the updated mobile number.

Update Your Mobile Number Through a Branch

• Visit the nearest ICICI Branch.

• Fill in and submit a Letter of Request.

• After verification, your mobile number will be linked to your account.

• After linking, you will receive an SMS on your registered mobile number that the mobile number has been updated. 

Update Your Email ID with ICICI Bank

Update Your Email ID Through Net-Banking

• Visit the ICICI Internet banking portal.

• Log in using your username and password.

• Go to 'My Profile’ and then click on ‘Update Mobile Number,’ which is located on the left side of the screen.

• You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number.

• Enter the OTP and click on submit.

• Enter your new email id and click on submit.

• Now, enter the details required to authorize the transaction, and click on ‘Update.’

• You will get a pop up on the screen that the email ID has been updated.

Update Your Email ID Through a Branch

• Visit the nearest ICICI Branch.

• Fill in and submit a Letter of Request.

• After verification, your email ID will be linked to the branch.

• After linking, you will receive an SMS on your registered mobile number that the email ID has been updated.

Update Your Address with ICICI Bank

Update Your Address Through Net Banking

• Visit the ICICI Internet Banking portal.

• Log in using your username and password.

• Click on ‘Customer Service’ and then ‘Service Requests.’

• Click on ‘Request for Updation of Communication address.’

• Now, select the address proof you want to upload.

• Update your address and click on ‘Submit.’

• You will get a pop up on the screen that the email ID has been updated.

Update Your Address Through Phone Banking

• Log in to your ICICI Phone Banking app using your username and password.

• Click on ‘Services and Aadhaar’, and then on ‘Instabanking Services.’

• Now select ‘Update Address.’

• Enter your complete address and click on ‘Submit’.

• You’ll get a pop up stating that the request has been submitted.

• It takes 2-3 working days for the address to be updated to your account.

Update Your Address Through a Branch

• Visit the nearest ICICI Branch.

• Fill in and submit a Letter of Request.

• After verification, your address will be linked to the branch.

• After linking, you will receive an SMS on your registered mobile number that the address has been updated..

Contact the 24-hour Customer Care and initiate a request to update your email ID and contact numbers.

Through Post
