Steps to Regenerate Axis Bank Net Banking Login and Transaction Password

Through the Online Process

The login and transaction passwords can be regenerated in a similar way. Follow the steps mentioned below to regenerate either of the passwords:

• Visit the Axis personal banking page.

• Enter the 'User ID' and click on 'Forgot Login Password.'

• You'll be redirected to 'Axis Bank Online Password Regeneration.'

• Enter your username, and required details such as 16-digit debit card number, ATM PIN, and expiry date.

• Click on 'Proceed.'

• Now, you can either select 'Login password' or 'Transaction Password.'

• Enter the new password and confirm it.

• Now, enter the 6-digit OTP sent to your registered mobile number and click on 'Submit.'

• Your net banking password is now regenerated.

Through Bank

If the online method is not working for you, the alternative approach is to visit a nearby bank branch, fill in the transaction password reset form and submit it along with a self-attested copy of your id-proof. For verification, carry an original copy of your id proof and passbook. After submission, the application will be forwarded, and a new temporary password will be sent to your postal address within 2-3 days.
