Change Your Address, Email ID & Mobile Number in Your Axis Bank Account

If you want to update any of your contact details, such as mobile number, email ID, and address of your Axis Bank Account, here's how you can update the information.

Update Your Mobile Number to Your Axis Bank Account 

You can easily update your mobile number by visiting the nearest Axis Bank ATM or Branch.

Update Your Mobile Number Through ATM

• Insert your card and enter the PIN.

• Select 'Registrations,' and then 'Mobile Number Update.'

• The following message will be displayed - 'Your account number 12xxxxxxxxxxxxx is already registered with Axis Bank. Do you like to update your number now?' 

• Now, select the 'Update' option.

• Enter and confirm your mobile number.

• Your mobile number will be updated.

Update Your Mobile Number Through a Branch

Submit the 'Customer Request Form' for Mobile Number updation/registration at the nearest Axis Bank branch.

Update Your Email ID to Your Axis Bank Account

Update Email ID Through SMS

Send an SMS in the format: UPDATEM <space> <your email ID> to 5676782 from your registered mobile number.

Update Email ID Through Axis Mobile App

• Log in to the mobile application.

• Click on ‘Banking’, then ‘Services’.

• Now, click on 'My Details,' and then select 'Update email ID.'

Update Email ID Through Internet Banking

• Visit the Axis Bank Internet Banking portal.

• Click on 'Services.'

• Now click on 'Contact Details,' then 'Edit Email ID’, and later 'Enter Code received through SMS.'

• Your email ID will be updated.

Update Your Address to Your Axis Bank Account

Update Address Through Axis Mobile app

• Click on ‘My Details’ under ‘Services’ from the Menu option.

• Update your Communication Address/Permanent Address.

• Agree to the Terms & Conditions.

• Upload any of the documents mentioned - Driving License/Passport/Aadhaar/Election Card. For office address, attach Declaration on the company letterhead.

• Your address will be updated.

Update Address Through Internet Banking

• Visit the Axis Bank Internet Banking portal.

• Click on 'Services.'

• Click on the 'Contact Details,' then 'Edit/Enter New Address,' and then 'Enter the Net Secure Code received through SMS.'

• Your address will be updated.
