For the benefit of transacting, PNB has introduced the mobile banking facility for the convenience of its customers. This service is known as PNB Mobile. Quick, convenient and easy, this mobile banking service can be used on different kinds of mobile handsets and offers customers the liberty of conducting banking transactions and activities right from their mobile. Customers can schedule future transactions too apart from closing fund transfers and paying for purchases. PNB Mobile includes the smartphone app that called is mBanking. If customers don't have smartphones, they can use PNB’s SMS Banking or NUUP based banking service.
PNB mBanking - this is the smartphone banking app launched by PNB, keeping in mind that a majority of customers are smartphone users. PNB's mBanking service gives the customers access to a variety of PNB's banking services such as funds transfer, mini statement, account data, balance inquiry and a lot of other services over a secure medium.
PNB SMS Banking - – PNB has launched the PNB Mobile services via SMS Banking for patrons without a smartphone or do not have access to the internet. Via SMS Banking customers can avail services such as balance inquiry, mini statement inquiry, requesting for deposit accounts, order new chequebooks, request for a replacement cheque book, generate the 7-digit MMID, transfer funds, create IMPS fund transfers, amend their SMS Banking password, etc.
NUUP Banking - – This is a USSD based mobile banking service where customers can avail of a variety of basic banking services and facilities by pressing *99# from their mobile and selecting from a variety of choices. NUUP banking allows customers to avail a variety of facilities and services such as balance inquiry, fund transfers, mini statement, generating the MMID or amending the M-Pin.

Open: Internet Banking Personal Settings > Other Settings > Register for Mobile Banking
You may download the Mobile Banking Registration form (PNB - 1167) from PNB Online Banking website and submit the filled out form to your nearest branch. The form can also be acquired from the PNB branch
Go to settings > Other Settings > Reset Password for Mobile Banking
Customers of PNB can easily transfer funds through NEFT and IMPS.
NEFT - National Electronic Fund Transfer system or NEFT is a mode of electronic fund transfer that works on the basis of DNS or Deferred Net Settlement at specific times of the day. In NEFT, the transactions are carried out between banks via payment instructions. There is no set limit for NEFT transactions done at the bank. However, there is a limit of Rs.1 lakh per day via Mobile Banking.
IMPS - Immediate Payment Service, as the name suggests, is an instant way of electronic fund transfer. It is mainly used for inter-bank transactions. PNB provides the IMPS facility to all its customers who have registered for using online services. It enables you to send as well as receive money at odd hours and even on Bank Holidays. The transferred money is directly credited to the beneficiary account. You must add a beneficiary to make IMPS transfers. This service is available 24x7.
