Visit the CitiBank Net Banking Portal.
Enter your 'User ID' and click on 'Forgot IPIN.'
Now select the 'Account Type.'
Fill in the required details, '16-digit Debit Card Number,' 'CVV,' and 'Date of Birth.'
Agree to the terms and conditions, and then click on 'Proceed.'
Now authenticate the information using the OTP received on your mobile number that is registered with the bank.
Enter the desired IPIN, confirm it, and click on proceed.
Your internet PIN (IPIN) is now successfully set.
Call the CitiPhone helpline on 1860 210 2484 and request for the regeneration of IPIN.
An envelope containing the IPIN will be sent to your mailing address.
You can then login to your account using the given IPIN.
