You may have to change or update your contact information if you do not live at the same place or use the same mobile number or email id. Citibank makes it quite easy for its customers to change their contact information. Here's how you can do it.

Update Your Mobile Number with Citibank

To change your contact details, follow the steps mentioned below:

Update Your Mobile Number Through Net Banking

Log in to your Citibank account using your credentials.
Click on the ‘Banking’ or ‘Credit Card’ tab.
Select ‘Update Contact Details’, and click on ‘View/Edit.’
Select your Account/Relationship number.
Click on ‘Generate OTP.’
On receiving the OTP on your registered mobile number, click on ‘Authorize Changes.’
Enter your OTP and click on ‘Confirm.’
Now, select ‘View/Edit your contact details.’
Update your mobile number and click on ‘Next’ to confirm.

Update Your Mobile Number Through a Branch

Visit the nearest Citibank branch.
Fill in and submit a Letter of Request.
After verification, your mobile number will be linked to your bank account.
After linking, you will receive an SMS on your registered mobile number that the mobile number has been updated.

Update Your Email ID with Citibank

Update Your Email ID Through Net Banking

Log in to your Citibank Account using your credentials.
Click on the ‘Banking’ or ‘Credit Card’ tab.
Select ‘Update Contact Details,’ and click on ‘View/Edit.’
Select your Account/Relationship number.
Click on ‘Generate OTP.’
On receiving the OTP on your registered mobile number, click on ‘Authorise Changes.’
Enter your OTP and click on ‘Confirm’.
Now, select ‘View/Edit your contact details’.
Update your email ID and click on ‘Next’ to confirm.

Update Your Email ID Through a Branch

Visit the nearest Citibank branch.
Fill in and submit a Letter of Request.
After verification, your email ID will be linked to your bank account.
After linking, you will receive a mail on your registered email id.

Update Your Address with Citibank

Select ‘Update Contact Details,’ and click on ‘View/Edit.’
Select your Account/Relationship number.
Click on ‘Generate OTP.’

Now, select ‘View/Edit your contact details’.
Update your address and click on ‘Next’ to confirm.

Note: You must submit an address proof document to update your residential address, and there is no need to submit any proof for your office address.

Fill in and submit a Letter of Request.
After verification, your address will be linked to your account.
