Citibank customers can opt to get their credit card statements in either of the following ways:
Statement on Email: The bank sends the statement to the registered email address of the customer.
Physical Statement: The bank sends it to the registered home address.
The bank recommends the customers to opt for a statement on email, as it is a faster mode and removes paper wastage, thereby contributing to the ecosystem. The customer receives the card statement on his/her registered email ID within 24 hours of bill generation.
Net Banking
To register for 'Statement on Email,' you need to log in to your net banking account and follow the steps given below:
Select 'Banking/Credit Card.'
Click on 'e-Statements' on the left navigation bar.
Select 'Account Number/Card number' from the drop-down under 'Register now for e-Statements & Go Green!' tab and proceed.
Mobile App
You can also register for 'Statement on Email' via the Citibank mobile app in a few simple steps:
Log on to the Citi mobile app using your user ID and IPIN.
Select a home page and go to the main menu.
Click on the 'Service Requests' tab.
Click on 'Register for E-statement' and proceed further.
How Request for Duplicate Credit Card Statements via the Citi Mobile App
Log on to the Citi mobile app by using your user ID and IPIN.
Click on 'Service Requests' tab on the main menu.
Click on 'Duplicate Statement Request' from the drop-down menu.
Select your account.
Select the period.
Now select the mode through which you want to receive your credit card statement.
You can either check your current balance amount or can get the latest mini- statement alert on your mobile number within 30 seconds, by sending an SMS to 52484 in the following format:
STMT YYYY - For last credit card mini statement alert.
CARDBAL YYYY - For credit card outstanding and available credit limit.
Note
YYYY: Put the last four digits of your credit card number in this format. Also, you should insert a space between the keyword and the last four digits of the card number, as shown above.
