Andhra Bank's mobile banking solution offers a whole new exciting range of services & features powered by technology. Now, you can manage your finances around the clock with the secure new mobile banking app - AB-TEJ. The app lets you simplify banking in the safest and fastest way possible. To use the mobile banking app, however, you need to activate mobile banking with the bank. Let's look at the process to activate the AB-TEJ mobile application.
Download the mobile banking application and install it on your smartphone.
Upon opening the app, it will prompt you to enter the registered mobile number.
You will then receive an OTP. Enter the OTP to set your login/application password.
Next, the app will prompt you to change the mPIN. You need to enter the four-digit code that you receive through SMS/ATM and set your mPIN.
Mobile banking services will be activated once you change your mPIN.
As you can see, now you can activate mobile banking for Andhra bank in a jiffy!
If you want to change your mobile number or device itself, the user will be prompted to deregister and register afresh. Deregistration removes all the past registration details. Follow the steps mentioned below to deactivate your Andhra Bank mobile banking services.
Log on to the Andhra Bank Mobile app.
Go to ‘Settings’ and click on the ‘Deregister’ option.
Your mobile banking services will be deactivated.
